Senator Barack Hussein Obama tried his own October surprise in this election asking Iraq not to enter into an agreement for troop withdrawal with the Bush administration but rather to wait until after the elections here in the United States. He then wanted the Iraqi's to negotiate the troop withdrawal with the new incoming administration. http://www.nypost.com/seven/09152008/postopinion/opedcolumnists/obama_tried_to_stall_gis_iraq_withdrawal_129150.htm
According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama asked for this delay.
Why would Obama want to leave troops in a war zone where he says the war was illegal? This would delay the troop withdrawal if it were successful.
Once again, we see that Obama's concern is not about the war, the troops or even the success of the war, but his concern is about his potential election.
I welcome your comments.

I shall make a small wager that another October suprise awaits. Obama will drop Biden (Biden will quit for some logical reason) and a female, probably Hillary, will step. With no time to respond, the election might actually be won by this evil duo. Of course, Obama might be shot and the Clinton's will be there to step up.
Nobama is telling his base that he will withdraw ASAP and now this comes out. Typical liberal.
Also on the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac bail out, look whom received the largest campaign contributions.
Top Recipients of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Campaign Contributions, 1989-2008
1. Dodd, Christopher D-CT$133,900
2. Kerry, John D-MA $111,000
3. Obama, Barack D-IL$105,849
4. Clinton, Hillary D-NY $75,550
This is CHANGE!
Looks like it pays to run for President on the liberal ticket.

Obama FINALLY Admits Communist Connection
The Mainstream media has been attacking Jerome Corsi’s book, The Obama Nation at every opportunity possible. I wonder if any of them actually tried to investigate any of the facts. Doubtful. But here is a fact Senator Obama confirms. In the midst of his massive rebuttal to the book, Senator Obama ADMITS his close relationship with Frank Marshall Davis. Of course, he doesn't mention the part about Davis being a Bigshot in the Communist Party of the US. Read all about it in the report below from Accuracy in Media:

The correct link.

More knee-jerk reactions from the conservatives.
Why was there no complaint back in June?
From the link..."My concern is that the Bush administration--in a weakened state politically--ends up trying to rush an agreement that in some ways might be binding to the next administration, whether it was my administration or Sen. McCain's administration," Obama said. "The foreign minister agreed that the next administration should not be bound by an agreement that's currently made."
Also, check this out.
From the link.."This article bears as much resemblance to the truth as a McCain campaign commercial. Barack Obama has consistently called for any Strategic Framework Agreement to be submitted to the U.S. Congress so that the American people have the same opportunity for review as the Iraqi Parliament," said Obama spokeswoman Wendy Morigi. "Unlike John McCain, he supports a clear timetable to redeploy our troops that has the support of the Iraqi government. Barack Obama has never urged a delay in negotiations, nor has he urged a delay in immediately beginning a responsible drawdown of our combat brigades."
Not to mention that the author wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on the nose.
red or dead...Let's talk about a couple of things...the actual amount is $126,349, of which $120,349 was from individual donors.
What about McCain's big oil receipts? Did you forget about those? Almost triple what they gave Obama.
Even if the aim link is true, it would the only true thing Corsi wrote. He's a hack, pure and simple, geared toward simple minded people.
Typical liberal response, Big Oil, get a life. Let me guess you also hate Bush. The liberals need to come up with a new punch line.
What about the culture of corruption, Does that include Rangel?
The man writes the tax code and he can't fill out his tax's correctly.
More errors for Rangel; hires new accountant
By DEVLIN BARRETT – 1 day ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — A new set of potential problems in Rep. Charles Rangel's financial papers has prompted the tax-writing lawmaker to hire a forensic accounting expert to try to unravel the mess.
Rangel, chairman of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, is already the subject of ethics committee investigations on several fronts, including unreported income and unpaid taxes on his beach house in the Dominican Republic.
If you like Michigan's economy you are going to love Nobama.
$120.349 from individuals associated with the company. Same thing.
At Lehman Brothers, Obama was number two as a recipient of campaign funds ($395,574 all from individuals). At the top of the list was Hillary Rotten Clinton, receiving a total of $409,980, of which $3,000 was PAC money. Schumckie Schumer and Chris Dodd followed.
Pays to run as a Demorat.
How about this the MSM is ignoring.
Obama, Biden and the Daley Machine
It is unwritten law in Chicago politics that nobody wants nobody nobody sent. Thus it is no surprise that Joe Biden and Barack Obama have friends in common in the Daley Machine.
Joe Biden has described himself as a 30-year friend of Joseph Cari, Jr. Cari is a veteran Chicago political operative who had been the Midwest field director to Biden's 1988 presidential bid. Cari was reported as being poised to take a major role in Biden's 2008 White House run but something happened along the way. He got indicted for participating in the kickback scheme involving contributions to Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. This is the same scheme that involved Obama friend Tony Rezko. In fact, Cari was a key witness at Rezko's trial.
I just wanted to flesh out red's little painting.
And I guess you just love Big Oil, huh? Typical backwards-thinking, conservative mindset. "Drill baby drill" is akin to saying typewriter baby typewriter in the Information age.
Our energy needs do not lie in a non-replenishing resource.
If it upsets you, maybe you should do some yoga or something.
You forgot Merrill Lynch
300 large to McCain.
Drilling is the only answer to our short term problem. Can you fly a jet on solar? It's funny as soon as Bush dropped the ban on drilling oil dropped. Oh that's right that damm Bush does nothing correct.
There is nothing even on the drawing board to replace oil .
Did you also forget in all your Liberal wisdom that a large % of products are made from petrochemicals. Including the keyboard you type on,pharmaceuticals, fertilizer's, the list goes on.What are you going to do to replace these, wind you blow hard. You lib's are really dumb. We need to explore alternative energy, but oil is the short term solution.

American Thinking is the last thing the americanthinker does.
Good comeback Ka_. You are the party of advanced intellectuals.
Ka_ can you believe how dumb these gun totin redneck conservatives are. Lets go back to my site and the smart people
Drilling is not the answer to our energy problems. We have oil, we have plenty of oil.
What we have is a refining problem. Yet, Big Oil chooses not to build more refineries, causing a bottleneck, and increasing our gas prices.
Why would they do that and claim they need to drill more? They have almost 70 million acres available for drilling, yet they choose not to use it.
Imagine that.
Hey folks, I think we set a record for Brett and his fishwrapper...He now stands at 20 posts for a single thread.
Attaboy Brett!
It's the enviro cartel that is stopping America's progress. I will agree we need more refining capacity. Just as we need a improved power grid, but no one wants it in their back yard as the ITC power line thru Hartland proved. Was it just for G.M proving grounds?
Hey, lib, we almost agreed on something. Maybe there's some middle ground.
Regarding my September 16, 2008 3:59 PM post and the "Check this out" link. I just looked at it and it appears I pasted in the wrong address (it goes directly back to this thread). Now, I can't find the original link.
Sorry if anyone wasted their time clicking that link.
I can't believe I said that, Barry's not going to happy. Opps
"We want to take money and put it back in the pocket of middle-class people," Biden said in an interview on ABC's "Good Morning America."
Noting that wealthier Americans would indeed pay more, Biden said: "It's time to be patriotic ... time to jump in, time to be part of the deal, time to help get America out of the rut."
I see Joe is spreading the wealth (blog-wise).
Thanks ka, I am sure we agree on a lot of things.
